14.03.00 On Tuesday, March 14th, 00 Wenzel Meinl GmbH had another well-known visitor: Although exhausted from the long drive, Roland Szentpali from Hungary took his time to thoroughly check his new F-Tuba 45 S-LP.
Roland Szentpali is increasingly known throughout the world as "the Mozart of the Tuba" for his profound musicality and virtuosity on the Tuba in combination with the musical genius inherent in his many and diverse musical compositions. As a soloist, he has performed recitals and solos with prestigious orchestras and wind bands throughout Europe and North America. His compositions have been featured at International Tuba Conferences and performed on Hungarian Radio and Television with major orchestras. Roland's first CD, "I Killed my Lips" feature his own compositions and solos.
